Ms. Gogola is the Managing Director and founder of The Power Team Real Estate Group. Originally from Pittsburgh, PA, she has resided in the Fort Lauderdale area for over 20 years.
Over the course of her career, Heather has mentored many other brokers and successfully owned a real estate brokerage in Fort Lauderdale where she managed 50 agents. Her 20+ years of experience in commercial real estate is quite extensive. Ms. Gogola has successfully closed over $450M in commercial and residential real estate transactions. She has a thorough understanding and expertise in all areas of real estate transactions including NNN, retail, office, industrial, land, multi-family, condo conversions, development, assemblages, 1031 exchanges, and commercial leasing. Over 80% of her business is by referral of past clients and business associates.
Heather diligently works with all types of investors from the novice to the institutional buyer. In all cases, her clients are sure that they are being helped in the most sincere and professional way possible.
