Yazel Rodas was introduced to Real Estate in 2012 as a Leasing Coordinator for a Property Management Company. She has over 9 years of experience working in tenant relations and lease contracts. To which has taught her many skills that has extended to her buyer and seller clients. To name a few, the importance of exceptional customer service, organization, and adaptability.
In January 2020, Yazel started planning her next move in life and came across real estate investing. She quickly learned there are many different ways someone can invest in real estate and own property. The main strategy that piqued her interest was House Hacking. Being in the property management industry and knowing the rental side to real estate she knew it was a strategy that her and her husband can incorporate in their lives and thrive. In searching for a real estate agent to help on their first deal Yazel came across Abel and Ivette through the forum Bigger Pockets.
Going through the process of fulfilling one of her childhood dreams of purchasing her first home/investment property Yazel realized that Real Estate truly is her passion and knew right then that this is her path to helping and serving others meet their goals and dreams.
