Jessica has been involved in real estate for 10+ years, she fell in love with it at a young age, as she saw her parents building their dream home from the ground up. She was very hands on too, and loved "renovating" her play house using scrap wood leftover from the jobsite. This creativity has followed her through the years, and in college Jess became the number one leasing agent for a luxury student housing complex. She created, and implemented a "pricing comparison sheet", which they now use all over the country.

Jess was born in upstate New York, which is where she does a majority of her business. But from time to time will get involved in real estate transactions downstate where she has a second home in the Hamptons, and Hudson Valley. Jessica's energy and motivation works well with both buyers, and sellers. Her ability to think outside the box, and hustle with networking has led her to connect with tons of investors, who count on her to always keep them up to date on new investment opportunities. Jess’ prior experience in marketing is a major selling point for people in the luxury market, she never disappoints and is always up for a “challenge”.
