After much perseverance, my very own major was approved by the university named "Consumer Behavior" which pillared on the studies of Communications, Business, Psychology & Sociology. A part of my approval process was completing a thesis. Having managed my parents UConn off-campus rental house, I got first hand experience as to what a fantastic investment real estate can be. I was also exposed to the very obvious tension between the existing town residents who wanted their farm town to be preserved & the UConn off-campus renters who where were experiencing the freedom of living on their own for the first time. As the university was experiencing rapid growth & has continued to exponentially grow, this topic really intrigued me & this dynamic became the cornerstone of my thesis. I then approached my mother to intern at her brokerage as that was the last piece of the puzzle to graduate. As the front desk admin I saw the unbelievable potential & fulfillment that a real estate career could offer & I knew I had found my calling. Right after graduation, I enrolled in real estate school & in a blink of an eye it's been 10 unbelievable years & the career I was dreaming of has come to fruition!
