Is a Real Estate Agent with a financial and accounting background as he is currently still is an active but non-practicing, Certified Public Accountant (CPA). Therefore, his expertise is in property analysis with a focus on Luxury Residential, Commercial, and helping investors in all aspects of Real Estate make sound investment decisions.

Before getting into Real Estate, Lance graduated with honors from the University of Central Florida, earning his degree in Business Administration. After moving back to South Florida, he quickly landed a job with a top Accounting Firm. At the same time, Lance chose to get his Masters Degree in Forensic Accounting from Florida Atlantic University. Next Lance would study for and pass all 4 parts of the CPA exam in the first try. Being a natural entrepreneur, Lance also looked to run his own CPA Firm as well as dipped his toes in various other side-hustles, always looking to grow and be better. Realizing that working behind the scenes was not for me, I decided to utilize my financial skills in another way and joined forces with my Brother, Jeff Lippman, who had just gotten his Brokers license and started a Remax franchise office. I ran the business side of things as the CFO of the company. We quickly grew, earning the award for Fastest Growing Remax at the time and soon one office became three. After a few years of success, we decided that we wanted to change directions and when our contracts came due to renew, we decided to join eXp Realty and I decided that my skills would best be served actually helping others buy and sell real estate while still being able to run our office group the same way. Lance, together with Jeff, formed the Lux Brothers Real Estate Group and together are making a name for themselves on a quest to be the #1 name when you think of Luxury Real Estate in beautiful South Florida. With 60 agents under him and a growing book of business, Lance is a leader, skilled and always happy to help his community and peers.
